Wound Care Coding Specialist (Per Diem)

We are hiring now and have an immediate need for a coding specialist with expertise in wound care coding. This is a remote employee status position working flexible hours each week.

Responsibilities

This position will provide high quality E/M and procedure coding for wound care.

Qualifications

• Current CPC or equivalent through the AAPC or AHIMA required.
• Must have at least two years of active E/M coding experience with wound care coding.
• Must have at least two years of active wound care procedure coding experience.
• Must be able to maintain a 95% accuracy rate.
• Outpatient E/M pro-fee coding experience is required.
• Coders for this role must provide their own computer with a Windows 10 Professional Based Operating System (MAC is not compatible) and dual monitors.
